Have you ever felt unsure about what truly matters to you?
The book The Passion Test by Janet Attwood and Chris Attwood offers a simple and practical way to gain clarity on what you really want in life.
What I especially appreciate about this book is that it’s not just something to read—it’s a true working book. Through clear and practical exercises, you are guided step by step to identify your core passions and what genuinely matters to you.
Rather than overthinking, the process helps you move into direct experience and honest reflection. This creates a sense of clarity that can support your decisions and give more direction to your life.
If you’re in a phase of transition or looking to reconnect with what is important to you, this book can be a very supportive companion.
What does it mean to live your passion?
We often hear the idea: “Live your passion.”
But what does that really mean in everyday life?
For many people, passion sounds like something big, clear, and almost out of reach—something you either have or haven’t found yet. And that belief alone can already create pressure.
In my experience, passion is often much closer and more subtle.
It shows up in moments where you feel:
- engaged
- alive
- connected to what you’re doing
Sometimes it’s not one big thing, but a direction—a feeling you recognize when you slow down enough to notice it.
At the same time, even when we sense what we are passionate about, something can still hold us back.
Thoughts like:
- “I can’t make a living from this”
- “I’m not good enough”
- “It’s too late”
These beliefs can quietly limit how much we allow ourselves to move in that direction.
This is where inner work becomes important—not to force change, but to gently question what we believe is true, and to open space for new possibilities.
Living your passion doesn’t necessarily mean changing everything overnight. It can start much smaller:
- making time for what matters
- making one aligned decision
- or simply being more honest with yourself
Step by step, this creates a life that feels more aligned—not because it is perfect, but because it is more true to you.
If you feel a resonance with this, you’re not alone—these questions arise for many people at different moments in life.
In our 4-day retreats, we create a space to explore this more deeply. Through breathwork, guided inquiry, and coaching, you can reconnect with what truly matters to you and gently question the beliefs that may be holding you back.
